Instant Pot Lasagna with Fat Daddio Springform Pan

I was amazed how quick and easy it was to make lasagna in the Instant Pot. You will definitely need an insert though. I tried to make it without the insert and kept getting a burn message. I was able to change the setting on the Instant Pot to slow cook, but I wanted my lasagna ten minutes ago, so I bought the Fat Daddio Springform for the next time. I got this lasagna recipe from The Wicked Noodle, but I substituted the Italian sausage for ground turkey. Super good!! Ingredients 1 lb ground Italian sausage 1 cup ricotta...

Stuff-A-Roni (Manicotti)

Stuff-a-Roni is definitely a bit more time consuming, but if you make it with a nice glass of red wine it goes pretty quick. I save it for a nice Sunday dinner, so I can take my time making it. Broccoli Beef

One of my favorite dishes when I go out for dinner is Broccoli Beef. When I was a kid I ordered it every single time and I have never grown tired of it. So I decided to try it in the Instant Pot. I found a great video by Pressure Luck, that was easy to follow and very entertaining. My gauge if a dish is a success or not is if my baby bassets ask for seconds, and in this case they did. I was not as big of a fan, but to be fair it was because I...

When you are in the mood for some yummy comfort food and Mac & Cheese is what you are craving then try this awesome recipe. It’s definitely not your box Mac & Cheese. It takes a bit of time, but well worth it. My boys are huge fans and have never turned away a plate of this cheesy goodness. I wish I could say that there will be leftovers, but there never are in my house. My mother in law found this recipe on the Food Network Magazine. Ingredients   1/2 pound ziti 2 cups milk 2 cups coarsely...
