One of my favorite dishes when I go out for dinner is Broccoli Beef. When I was a kid I ordered it every single time and I have never grown tired of it. So I decided to try it in the Instant Pot. I found a great video by Pressure Luck, that was easy to follow and very entertaining. My gauge if a dish is a success or not is if my baby bassets ask for seconds, and in this case they did. I was not as big of a fan, but to be fair it was because I used steam in the bag broccoli instead of fresh. Big mistake. I am starting to think the kids loved it because they couldn’t actually see any broccoli. If your kids are not a fan of broccoli, then by all means, use steam in a bag and it will turn to unidentifiable mush. If you are a fan, use fresh only. The video shows cooking the broccoli with the beef, and the directions on the original website say to prepare separately.¬† The original recipe is from a site called Adventures of a Nurse.
