Day one of the Annual Cookie Baking Extravaganza wasn’t quite up to extravaganza level. It was more like just a regular day when I baked a few batches of cookies. I was able to make all the Cappuccino Crinkles, but that’s about it. Unfortunately for my cookie baking goal Life took up a bit more time than I had calculated. DARN YOU RESPONSIBILITIES!! No worries though, in the past the Annual Cookie Baking Extravaganza didn’t start until Friday, so I could say I am ahead of schedule. I will have to push myself though if I want to be on the couch on Sunday eating cookies. I am going to put on an extra pot of coffee, turn the 80’s rock up to 7, and get to baking! Cookies will be baked today… a lot of cookies.
