I was a kid in a candy store yesterday and hubby was just as bad. He says he is not as into plants as I am, but yesterday he was the one to suggest we go to the garden center of a hardware store we don’t normally frequent. My partner in crime had been there the day before and she scored some cuties I really really wanted. I was majorly jealous, but was trying to act like an adult and show some restraint. Hubby to the rescue! Once we got there, I had a very hard time containing my excitement as I grabbed multiples of each plant that made me giggle. I had to take a deep breath and return some because I could see I was out of control. My excitement must have been contagious, because for every duplicate I put back, hubby added his own selection to the cart. After I got home and unloaded the car, I was feeling a bit of buyers remorse. Where the heckadoodle am I going to put all these plants??!!! On top of the plants I didn’t have room for I also bought TWO pumpkins! TWO!!! I am in trouble now.
