If you ever want to send someone to the pit of madness, ask them to put the duvet cover on a comforter. Right now I am in a state of anger that is at about a 8. It’s been ten minutes since I finished putting the duvet on my comforter, so my anger level has dropped a few points. I was at a 13 out of 10 when I was doing it. I hate that stupid cover. It looks pretty, and it’s super easy to wash. Much easier than the comforter that takes about a week to dry. So I have to have the cover for the comforter. Here is the really ridiculous part. I also have a light blanket I cover the comforter cover with. I cover the cover with a cover. ARG!!! That’s right! That right there is the very definition of pet ownership. Just to add a bit more frustration, Casper loves to jump on the blankets while I am trying to get them put together. I love him so much, and I repeat that sentence several times while I am shooing him off the bed, so I can be angry and frustrated without a witness. Right now the bed is put together and I am going to enjoy the next ten minutes of it being clean. When the eleventh minute hits…so will the dirty paws on the clean cover that I put on the cover that I put on the comforter.
