Well good afternoon everyone. I hope so far your day has been going well. I just finished being the lunch lady in my house. Since my family is back to school and my school has not yet started I have become the resident lunch lady in the house. I make snacks and lunch for my little sister who is stuck in the cruel world of zoom high school. Not to brag but I think my lunch making skills are pretty good… I am trying to get more creative than your traditional PB&J. I also think I have a strong snack game… I can make a mean snack plate that is both delicious and nutritious… I think the secret is we have a garden and fresh fruits and veggies taste a million times better than store products… but maybe I am bias. – The Apprentice
