I wake up and as soon as I get out of bed I have a sneeze attack. This apparently is the perfect time for kitty and pup to stand right under me. I turn to the left to so as not to sneeze on both of them. They Follow. I turn to the right. This must mean I am challenging them to keep up with me. SNEEZE SNEEZE SNEEZE! I run down the hall. I can hear them following me. I stop to bend over again and sneeze. I am sure this is the sneeze attack that will throw my back out. There they are looking right up at me. There is just no avoiding them.

Although Sam Bartlett enjoyed a successful horse-supplying business in Independence, Missouri, he was none-the-less envious of the hundreds of folks who passed through on their way west. Unable to stand it any longer, he convinces his wife, Judith, to pull up stakes, pack up their three-year-old son, Tom, and accompany him on a journey that turns out to be much more than either of them could have imagined. The trek quickly develops into one of extreme hardship and survival that is complicated by: dangerous weather, raging river crossings, unique personalities in the wagons, hostile Indian attacks, hunger, water shortage vengeance, courage, romance, and biblical principles. The determined traveler’s abilitiy to effectively defend themselves is pushed to the very limits as One Eye’s maurading warriors harrass and attack them repeatedly, with devastating results. With four of the train’s beloved children having been taken captive, the inner strength of the beleagured pioneers is sorely tested and a handful of the men set out to recover the children. After valiant attempts to rescue their children fail miserably, they are forced to return empty-handed. Against all that is held sacred, the members of the wagon train are forced to leave them behind while they do their best to evade the heathens and continue their struggle for survival with barely enough water left to keep the animals going. With all hope of ever seeing their children again now gone, it is the valor and ingenuity of the beautiful Comanche woman, Birsdong, that is yet to be heard from.

Cyberbullying, harassment, embarrassing others, tormenting, threatening or humiliating, and spousal abuse are all considered ‘bullying.’ It happens to children, teens, and adults. It occurs in pre-school, elementary school, college, home, and in the workplace. It is apparent in all walks of life. Bullying occurs in every town, city, state, province and country, and it has many ugly faces. But with today’s technology, mobile phones, internet, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and a host of other platforms, I’m going to emphasize more on children, students, and teens, because that is where it commences and for most, carries over into their adult lives. Most of the time, children don’t even bother telling their parents that they are being bullied. This is because they do not want to be embarrassed before their parents. It is the innate nature of a child to make his parents proud, and when they find out that he is being bullied by another student, wouldn’t the parents think that their child is not ready to stand up for himself? This is the first mistake that children make; not telling their parents. And this is what a bully thrives on. He knows that there’s going to be no action against him. He knows that there isn’t going to be anybody from a higher age group to stop him. The Paradigm of Bullying Kids who are Bullied The Effects of Bullying Who is at risk? Bystanders Those who Bully Bullycide (suicide) Prevention Cyberbullying Social Media and Criminals Peer pressure How to get help Anti-bullying laws School and Campus responsibilities Statistics TRUE STORIES OF BULLYCIDE Kenneth Weishuhn Amanda Todd Hannah Smith Jessica Logan Rachael Neblett “Everyone, especially parents should read this book by RJ Parker.
