The first thing I thought of this morning was why did Wile E Coyote from the Roadrunner cartoons keep buying stuff from the Acme company even after they always failed him? Was it because they did same day delivery? I recall his orders getting to him pretty fast. Back in my day when I ordered things off the back of a cereal box it took six to eight weeks for it to arrive. Six to eight weeks is just about a lifetime for a kid. Now that I think about it, I remember the items never lived up to the hype on the back of the cereal box, and I never thought to return it. How would you even do that? I guess the coyote felt the same way.
