For the past few months I have been asking my baby bassets to pick out a paint color for their rooms. Both said they would, but that was about as far as it went. I can’t blame them. I didn’t really give them a date when they had to have it picked out by. As it turns out the deadline was yesterday. Surprised me to. Painting their room was on my ToDo list and so I got right to it yesterday morning without much warning. With their help of course, we put all of their stuff in the living room and I got to painting primer on the dark blue walls. Thankfully there were only three dark walls. Two in the oldest’s room and one in the youngest’s room. It took two coats and all day to cover that blue. I told the boys whatever color they picked out couldn’t be dark. I wasn’t going through that again. Poor kids. Their rooms are wrecks right now, but that won’t change until they pick out a color. I’m pretty sure I won’t have to push now. I know they want their rooms back. Their other option is hanging out with me all day. MWAHAHAHAHA!!!
