ERG! Hubby programmed the thermostat so that will it not go past 68 degrees. How the heck am I supposed to jack the heat up to 80 while he is sleeping? I have this false belief that if I turn the thermostat up super high, the house will heat up faster. I am pretty sure I am wrong about that, but I really don’t care when I am cold. I do have the option of reading the thermostat manual, but those things are so boring! Instead I will just angrily press the up button on the thing, watch the number stick at 68, and be pissy. Yup. Solid plan.
