IT IS WORKING! My new favorite show, “Big Dreams, Small Spaces,” (I got the name so wrong last time I mentioned it) is giving me the inspiration I need to create my new backyard. I have had Garderner’s Block (it’s a real thing) for the past few months, and I have been worried I had lost my imagination. So far I have a 5 foot by 3 foot section sorta planned out with herbs and citrus trees. I know, that doesn’t seem like much, but considering I have had a complete lack of ideas for so long, this is really big for me. I even have a path through the garden planned. This feels as good as the first Wild Cherry Slurpee on the first hot day of Summer. You know that’s delightful! I love the fact that in the show the master gardener goes to peoples homes, gives them advice, and they don’t follow a  lot of his suggestions. But when he comes back to see their progress he is so positive about it. I don’t like shows that have a ton of negativity. I watch TV to relax, not get fired up about someone using marigolds instead of lavender like they were advised. Fun stuff I say!!
