So my experiment to snooze anyone on my Facebook news feed who consistently post negative things for 30 days, is having the exact affect I was hoping for. I can honestly say that I am a lot less stressed, and now, I am finally seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in a while. I also feel a lot less compelled to check Facebook every ten minutes throughout the day. Was I actually craving the negativity? That would just be plain weird, but I am once again too lazy to Google that, so we are just going to assume yes on that one.
