To me, the red flag was at the beginning of the movie when it said it was based on real events. That’s a big NO THANK YOU from me on a Tuesday night. Of course I wanted to spend a little quality time with hubby and watch a movie, but I got limits, and movies made from real life events is where I draw the line. I decided to compromise though. With these kind of movies there is a formula, and at the part in the movie when everyone is happy, that is when you leave. It always happens the same way. We get to know the main characters, they overcome some smaller obstacle, are super happy and celebrating, then they die. I always leave when they are celebrating. It’s a good place to end, and that’s exactly what I did last night. I went to bed and watched a few YouTube videos on how the Marvel Universe heroes might defeat Thanos in the upcoming Avengers movie. Just for good measure I watched a couple of Game of Thrones theory videos in case I find myself in a heated debate. I went to bed a happy person. Hubby…not so much.
