I am NOT going to read the article titled the “Killer Clown Trend Is Back”. I seriously do not need that kind of poo poo in my life. I’m pretty sure I will not have a person in a evil clown outfit try to scare me, so I am not even going to read up on how to avoid people in evil clown outfits. Let’s just say I did though. I am fully prepared to start swinging my purse at them going full blown crazy mama on them. Why would people think it is okay to dress up in the most evil of all costumes and scare nice sweet people like me? I don’t mind if you are working at a haunted house where people know they are going to be scared by actors, but out in regular public….NO! I feel pretty bad for those who are actual hard working clowns. Not only do they work hard on their craft, but they also have to deal with the backlash of those who go out and make a bad name for clowns. I am trying to get real angry because I am freaking out that the killer clowns are back. POO POO!! JUST POO POO!!!

While Tess quickly learns she is no match for the shadow spreading through the Fae world, she refuses to let her best friend face it alone; and as the first mortal in Queen Mab’s court in over five hundred years, she must use all her quick wit and tenacity to keep herself and Molly alive in the beautiful, dangerous Fae world as they hurtle toward the war that could destroy it…

MECH COMMAND: WHEN IT ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, HAS TO BE DESTROYED OVERNIGHT

Once upon a time, the Earth had protectors.

Seal Team 6… Delta Force… Paw Patrol.

They’re all gone now, vaporized during an alien invasion that has only recently ended.

What’s left behind is a small group of survivors led by a former scavenger named Danny Deus, who’ve been selected to compete for a spot as operators in the Mech Command, a global mechanized fighting force dedicated to defending the Earth, kicking the crap out of wannabe alien invaders, and looping back through time every now and again.

What most would consider a lifetime’s worth of work — battling extraterrestrial bad guys and saving the universe — Danny and the operators call a busy Tuesday.

If you enjoy over-the-top sci-fi action, cool mechs, and smartass characters, saddle up with the Mech Command and enjoy a series that’s been described as READY PLAYER ONE meets PACIFIC RIM.

Two months into an unexpected sabbatical from her bustling life in Minneapolis, her efforts at her rented farmhouse are starting to pay off. She’s learned to preserve produce, outsmart a few headstrong chickens and wrangle a flock of spoiled sheep.

As the sleepy weeks of late summer arrive, Melinda revels in the new serenity she’s found at her farm, where her days are marked by morning-fresh eggs and stunning sunsets. But even in the little town of Prosper, nothing stays the same.

One member of the hardware store’s coffee group shares a startling announcement, and a trip back to the city makes Melinda realize how deep her roots now run in rural Iowa. When autumn’s changing winds bring new opportunities, she must choose between returning to her old life or taking a chance on an uncertain future.
