I was so worried about what would happen to Junebug after Jethro died. I thought for sure she would be heartbroken. I know she missed him because she would go to the spots where he liked to sleep and look for him. She did that for a good month or so. She has stopped looking. It is times like that I wish I could talk to her and tell her what had happened. Junebug is fine though. She loves her kitty. I can always find her chewing on Sinatra’s head. nibble nibble nibble. He loves it to. I can hear his purrs from across the room. Sometimes she nibbles on his ear just a little too hard though and he smacks her. Not with claws out, just a good punch to the nose to remind her to be gentle. I think Junebug has helped Sinny get over Jethro’s passing. He certainly isn’t lonely. I miss Jethro terribly, but it’s nice to know the house is feeling good again.
