This morning was a very frustrating game of, “Now, where did I put that?” It is a pretty awful game when the first item you have to find is the coffee maker. The contents of my family room and kitchen are scattered all over the rest of my house, so I can repaint the two rooms. I hide the coffee maker in a dark corner of the living room. That wasn’t very well thought out. I didn’t stop painting last night until 9:30, and I am feeling it this morning. I found myself contorted in odd ways trying to get to very hard to reach places to paint. It didn’t help that all the big furniture was in the center of the room. It turned into an impressive game of “The Floor is Lava”, while I maneuvered from one piece of furniture to the next to painting the ceiling. By this time tomorrow though I should be done with it all. At least that is what I keep telling myself so I won’t cry from all the muscle pain I feel right now.
