So this past weekend I finally harvested the carrots I grew in the garden boxes. I was pretty proud of myself and asked my hubby to go look in the fridge to see the beautiful carrots that I grew. He opened the refrigerator door and busted up laughing. Completely confused as to what could be so funny, I asked him what on Earth he was laughing at. He pulled out the bowl and flipped one of the carrots over. It’s looks like one of our favorite cartoon characters, Totoro. I can’t eat Totoro!! Now I am looking at the whole bowl of carrots and they all look like Totoro. What the heck am I supposed to do with a bowl of Totoros?

A GRIPPING, SUSPENSEFUL CRIME NOVEL

Detectives Laura Baxter and Jack Holt are members of the elite: Las Vegas Metro PD, one of the toughest and most respected law enforcement agencies in the United States. In the middle of a city with two million residents and 43 million annual visitors, they’re hunting for a killer.

The crime: audacious

In a glamorous Las Vegas hotel, in front of hundreds of witnesses and under the lenses of countless video surveillance cameras, a young girl is brutally murdered. What promises to be a quick and easy investigation soon becomes a nightmare. The most recorded crime in Vegas is missing one key protagonist, the killer.

The forensics: stupefying

A crime-scene fingerprint unleashes dozens of unsettling questions instead of providing answers. Was this a murder for hire? In the politically-charged case, the scenario seems plausible; the victim’s secret life could’ve been the obstacle in an ambitious politician’s path. As the investigation unspools the well-concealed secrets surrounding the girl’s life, Baxter and Holt attract the attention of someone desperate to keep history’s terrible secrets buried.

The truth: shocking

A testimony from beyond the grave turns into a death warrant for the two unrelenting detectives. While they expose a connection with the victim’s distant past that could hold the key to catching her killer, they must learn to rely on each other to survive.

Two mavericks make an intriguing team. Baxter and Holt trust each other with their lives, only not with their darkest secrets.

Fans of James Patterson, David Baldacci, Karin Slaughter, and Robert Dugoni will be engrossed in this unputdownable police procedural that will keep you reading until the break of dawn.

The world is a hectic place and everyone needs a way to unwind. However, what works for one person often does not work for someone else. Yin Yoga may be the answer which everyone is seeking but very few have heard of or understand yet.

Upgraded 2nd Edition

Yoga has been practiced in one form or another for thousands of years; it originated in India although it did not become well known in the western world until the late twentieth century. In all probability the yoga that you have heard of focuses on the yang energy, which is a more superficial, raw energy than yin. Yin energy is much deeper and more passive. Of course they are two sides of one coin and the best exercise for your body and mind is a combination of both.

Read it FREE on Kindle Unlimited – Download TODAY!

To undertake Yin Yoga you must understand its origins, philosophy and the effect of the main poses. This book will teach you these things. It starts with a brief history of Yin Yoga and how it was brought to the west; it is essential to understand this history in order to appreciate the foundations of this style of yoga. It then covers the philosophy of Yin Yoga and the importance of adapting this or any other exercise routine to fit your own needs; both emotionally and spiritually. Perhaps more important is the need to understand and identify with the principles of yin yoga and the best approach to adopt when undertaking these exercises.

There are three main physiological benefits to undertaking yin yoga and this books looks at all three. It also considers the main benefits to the human body as has been shown by a wealth of research into yoga. Yin yoga has not been sufficiently researched to be able to ascertain the exact effects of practising it, however, many of the research elements applied to yoga are also true of yin yoga. The book looks at the main benefits associated with undertaking these exercises and even goes as far as to show you twenty five of the most popular positions.

In short, this book will give you everything you need to know to both understand and practice Yin Yoga. Keep it handy, practice the poses and you will be surprised at the results!
