Hubby tricked me yesterday. I thought he was being agreeable, but in truth he was being sneaky. After my oldest basset’s basketball game, I asked if we could go to a few stores. He was all for it. REALLY?? He usually grumbles something about wanting to get back home and agrees to only one store. This time he took me and the kids to every store I asked for. I was living the high life, feeling awesome. I was just about to push my luck and ask to go to the pet store where they were having pet adoption weekend, when it hit me. We had been out shopping around for so long, it was then too late to get home and dig a few necessary ditches in the back yard. GRRRRRRR… We got nowhere to be today, so I am going to serve up his eggs and bacon with a side of shovel and bucket.
