My love for cake is probably more of an obsession and It is getting harder and harder to resist the soft lovable little desserts. I have made it a rule now not to have dessert during the week, so that on the weekend I won’t feel so guilty about all the junk I eat in just those two glorious days. Now though, I find myself watching tons of videos on how to make awesome little cakes. I am fascinated by all the cool techniques people have created and I always swear I am going to make them. I never do, but I sure do enjoy watching them being made and can often be found making champing sounds as I watch. NOM NOM NOM
