I went to the San Francisco Academy of Science with Oma and the baby bassets the other day, and I did something a bit weird that I didn’t even think about until now while I was looking through the pictures. While going through the aquarium section I remembered I was rating the creatures in the tank by how yummy they looked. There were some huge fish with bug ugly heads, not yummy. There was an abalone in one tank that looked about legal size, yummy. The Sea Urchins in the tank that kids can touch, not yummy and now have germs. There was one tank with HUGE shrimp, super yummy with a bit of sauce. I saw a tank that had quite a few blue tangs that looked like Dory from Finding Nemo. They were not yummy. Fish are friends, not food. Couldn’t get that quote out of my head.
