I used just about every second of this past three day weekend to completely redo my side yard garden, and my body feels it! The funny part is, the only ones who really see this part of the yard are my pup and chickens. The sun came out and hubby was inspired to build the raised garden boxes, so of course that means I had to change everything back there. I finally committed to the plants I have had for so many years and took them out of the pots and put them in the ground. They are either going to flourish like crazy now that they finally have room to grow, or they are going to die a painful death. I am not very gentle when it comes to handling plants. I haven’t had time yet to even plan what veggies I will be growing in the new boxes, but since the rains are coming back soon, I will use that time to plan and recover.
