We finally did it. We saw the new Star Wars movie. I must say I am impressed that people out there in the world have done a wonderful jump not disclosing any spoilers. Unless of course you go out looking for them, then they are everywhere. I feel like I am finally one with society now. I can go out into the world and not be afraid if people ask me if I have seen the New Star Wars movie. I can hold my head up high and not feel like my nerd card can be taken away at any moment. I was a bit worried that it might be too violent for my baby bassets though. They are 7 and 9 (the youngest will be 8 in March) and I worried that some of the scenes might scare them, but they seemed to handle it well. Which is great because now this opens up a whole new world of movies I have wanted to show them for a long time, like the Raiders of The Lost Arc Trilogy. There was never a fourth movie and we will leave it at that.

To make matters even more complicated Maude and Mille are in town for their wedding to Abe and Andy, and someone has killed Travis Davidson, a favorite town son, world-class snowboarder, and Olympic hopeful. Tj is determined not to get involved in the subsequent investigation until she finds out that the prime suspect in his murder is Chelsea Hanson, high school boyfriend Hunter Hanson’s sister. Although there is no shortage of Sereninites with a grudge against the hometown hero, even Tj has to admit that there is good cause to suspect Chelsea of the murder. Everyone saw Chelsea and Travis arguing just an hour prior to the discovery of his bloodied body. Everyone saw Chelsea storm off in the same direction in which Travis left the scene of the argument. The murder weapon turns out to be Chelsea’s ice axe, the same one she’d used just that afternoon for the ice climbing competition. To make matters worse Chelsea has no alibi for the time of Travis’ death. In spite of the fact that everything points to Chelsea Tj knows she couldn’t have done it. Balancing bridesmaid duties, Winter Carnival obligations, and show choir duty, with after-hours investigation, Tj sets out to prove Sheriff Boggs wrong.

Have YOU Read Pretending to Love? A ridiculously tongue-in-cheek guide to navigating the perils and pitfalls of a modern relationship, Pretending to Love will teach you how to attract the right sort of partner, trick them into liking you, manipulate their feelings to suit your own needs, and then dump them in an appropriate fashion when you get bored and/or hungry. Relationship Advice For Women And Men

Q: Is it my parents’ fault that I’m so bad at relationships? A: You shouldn’t blame your parents for your shortcomings, since their parents probably messed them up first. If you are going to blame anyone, blame your grandparents. The jerks.

Q: Will a woman ever love me as much as she loves her cat? A: No, and you should be ashamed of yourself for even asking such a ridiculous question.

Q: Is there such a thing as being TOO insecure? A: Of course not! Without massive insecurities, how would you realize all the things that you aren’t good at?

As well as many more marginally interesting questions and poorly thought out answers! Dating advice for women and men has never been so accurate or so ridiculous!
