Kitty is being dramatic this morning. He was meowing in his regular nagging tone in the baby bassets bedrooms at 3 in the morning, so I locked him out of there. Then he just sat at my feet while I worked and meowed again and again, but I ignored him. Finally he did what he could only do at this point. He went into the bathroom where the acoustics are fantastic and he roared like a cat in a tub of water. You know that sound. The low tortured long sad song that would scare a ghost trying who was just to make a living haunting a house. Then he went to his litter box and pooped and was happy. Every morning with this guy.

Although these animals are very different – some jolly, some sad, some clever, some not so much, all of them live together peacefully in the magical forest.
