This feels like one of those weeks when I ended up crawling on my hands and knees to cross the finish line. Not to say it was a bad week, just extremely eventful and I might have bitten off more than I could chew. But I did it and I have a tasty little carrot cake in the fridge as my gold medal for finishing. I do think it’s funny to say I had found myself in a dumpster twice this week and I was giddy about it. It was all cardboard, but I am sure it was not where my poor mother thought I would be at this point in my life. Giggling like a school girl while hopping around in the back of a furniture store dumpster, feeling like she struck gold. But Darn it! It’s not every day that you find a box for a headboard that isn’t all bent up and ripped! I see a Haunted Mansion in my future!

Gregory has been her protector for many lifetimes, but troubles in their homeland forced him to flee with her to the human world. And it was not an accident which stole her memories — it was Gregory. He suspects Lillian is host to an infant demon, one capable of evil greater than even the Riven. Extra complications arise when she realizes she’s concealing a forbidden love for her guardian.
