The coach at my gym sent me a message he wanted to talk to me about something. I froze. Oh gosh. What did I eat the other day? I think I have been good. It’s been two days since I ate that whole bag of Peppermint Patties. That’s way in my past now. He didn’t mention what it was he wanted to talk about, so now I am freaking out. I know I am not in high school anymore getting caught doing something bad, but I sure do feel that way. Maybe I should quit the gym. Then I would never be caught…..doing nothing…I didn’t do anything…for two whole days!
