Would you like to buy a raffle ticket to support my son’s youth football program? I have been saying that line to just about everyone I see. I am not a big fan of raffle ticket season. These days you can’t send your child door to door because it is too dangerous, so it ends up being the parents who do all the selling. All my friends know when it’s raffle ticket season because I give them hungry eyes. They are lucky I am not much of a runner. Some escape, but a few stumble and fall. Those are the ones I pounce on. When selling your child’s raffle tickets, it’s always best to pick out the weakest in the herd.
