For the past few months or so I have been attempting jogging. I can’t really say I have been jogging because when I do it, it looks like I am struggling to figure out the whole right foot, left foot combination. Every day I see people jogging around town and they are fast and look as if they are lost in some wonderful daydream, while I am stomping around as if I am killing ants. Some of my friends even post on Facebook their distance and times, recording 5 miles in 15 minutes.  Yes, a bit of an exaggeration, but it’s unsettling to know when the Zombie Apocalypse hits, I will be the first one eaten. All my friends will appreciate the extra 5 minute head start my death will give them, but darn….that just sucks.
