The ladies seemed particularly grumpy with me yesterday. Can chickens be in a bad mood? I might just be extra sensitive or something, but I didn’t get as enthusiastic of a greeting as I have grown accustomed to. I might need to get some crickets to appease them. They are all laying again and I don’t want to go back to those store bought eggs anytime soon. I put my time in. Maybe the promise of a new coop on my birthday not happening has left them a little grumpy. It turns out it’s harder to decide on coop style then we had anticipated. There are way too many cute coops out there to just rush into that decision.
