I am getting used to the coconut oil thing. I have to say my hands have not looked this good in a long time and I am slightly less irritated by the smell. I added another coconut oil book in the first post today. I just have to remember to grab it and actually read it. This time..I promise I will!! Maybe my problem is every day I see tons of books on how to cook better, be healthier, run faster, be thin, be super mom and it’s sinking into my subconscious making me feel like I gotta be and do all those things. Well I refuse to be bullied. I am going to sit here and eat this cookie! Oh…. hi Fitbit. No I wasn’t going to eat that cookie. I was gonna jog and think about Kale….Yummy.
