You know it was a busy weekend when you are thankful that Monday has arrived. I had a fantastic weekend, but it was so filled with activities and parties that I looked forward to being back at my desk Monday morning, working, sitting, and not running around. It was also so filled with junk-food that I am happily starting a diet. It’s not really a diet so much as an escape from junk-food island. Eating chocolate cake and cookie dough all weekend sounds like bliss, but it just ends up being a straight road to saladville. Oh my! A refreshing piece of celery sounds good right now.
