Longtime friends of ours have a beautiful 19 month old little daughter that since the time she could crawl we have called her a little kitty. When she would crawl into the room we would tell the older kids, “Be careful not to step on the kitty” She would crawl up to us and we would pet her and call her sweet kitty. This has been going on for quite some time and I noticed that she responds to us when we call her kitty. I kinda feel bad, but it’s cute as all heck.
