My hubby tries to hug me and I scream in pain. That just seems down right insulting. They say exercise is good for you and will make you feel great. I feel HORRIBLE!! Walk, wimper, walk, wimper. Now you might be thinking I just jumped right in and pushed myself too hard because I felt guilty about all the cake I ate. You would be half right, I do feel slightly guilty about the cake, but I would do it again. I have been exercising pretty regularly, and pretty regularly I am in pain, but you know what they say…No Pain, NO CAKE!! Why else would you run when nobody is chasing you?
