My kids love chicken and want it at every meal, but it is hard to eat so much chicken without introducing different flavors to not get sick off. My kids are such picky eaters so this is a task in itself. So this is where the book comes into play.

I got this book looking for something different that my family would enjoy and I have found so many recipes that are full of delicious flavor. My kid's favorite so far is the Pepsi BBQ chicken, I do have to remove a little of the cayenne pepper for them.

My overall favorite is the Spicy African chicken BBQ I tried this and then decided to put on the menu for a party were having on Memorial Day weekend I can't wait.

For me when it comes to BBQ it's the marinade or dry rub that makes all the difference and this book shows you how to put them together as needed for each recipe.

Being a parent of picky eaters this book offer some great recipes and alternatives to what I'm used to serving my kids for dinner. The author goes above and beyond the call in delivering great chicken dishes that will make even the picky eaters satisfied. Great Book and great recipes.

This is a great book. With many selection of BBQ chicken recipes available, there is always a recipe suited for occasion and the people you’re planning on barbecuing for. This book is definitely a treat.
Ranging from basic BBQ chicken recipes to more complicated ones. There are a few recipes that will suit everyone. Some even are so simple you would wonder why those were even included.
Everything you need to know about BBQ chicken is in this book. From marinating tips on how to properly set up a charcoal grill. You will have everything you need to cook up the perfect barbecue. By the time you are through with all the recipes, you'll definitely feel like a professional.

With a big family and a big backyard, it is no wonder that my family is also big into barbecue parties. At least once a month, everyone gets together for some barbecue fun. The company is always great, but with the frequency of the family get togethers, it sometimes makes the meal mundane and the prospect unexciting.
But this book has totally helped change that! With 80 + recipes to choose from, every barbecue party from now on will be unique! There are so many great recipes that you will even have a harder time picking which one to make.
The recipes are so diverse, they are able to accommodate the kind of chicken barbecue that you are craving. Whether you are thinking about a hot and spicy treat or something more fruity, there is a recipe that you can turn to. It even has a selection of beer-based recipes. The best thing about it is that it actually encourages you to experiment on flavors that you haven't tasted but have always wanted to try. With this recipe book at hand, every barbecue party is always a treat.
I recommend it. 5 stars!

Those 80 plus recipes could do with more pictures

I am a man so I am visual. And recipe book supposed to be stuffed with pictures. This one isn’t. Although the author warned in the introduction that we all know how BBQ chicken looks like (and we do – that’s true) and yet if there were more images, I would give a 5 star review.
The recipes are very good though, huge variety – over 80 of them. Definitely plenty to choose from for this BBQ season and all year long.
Back to the kitchen. Thanks to the author. Looking forward to more books.
