I'm always looking for quick and easy desserts that I can prepare for family and friends. I don't always have a lot of time to do more time-consuming baking and cooking. So when I saw this dessert book it fit the bill. One thing that appealed to me is there are desserts you can make under 20 minutes, under 30 minutes and under 45 minutes. The other thing I liked is that a lot of the desserts use ingredients I normally have in my kitchen.

In under 10 minutes you can make desserts like Graham Cracker Sundae, Delicate Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Cream, Fabulously Fast Fudge (and more). These are wonderful desserts that look absolutely delicious.

If you have more time you can make Strawberry Shortcake, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Krispy Treat Bars, Lemony Treat Bars, Tasty Apple Pie Bites, Decadently Delicious Brownies, White Chocolate Brownies and so many more.

There are also a variety of sauces that you can make to put on top of ice cream, fruit or pound cake and make a quick and easy dessert.

Awesome book -- I highly recommend!

Georgann Wilson presents 27 recipes for various sweets, not all of which Grandma would refer to as either dessert or decadent, in No Fuss, No Muss: Decadent Desserts In 45 Minutes or Less . Pierre Herme gives recipes for truly decadent desserts. Every one of them is a miniature artwork that take hours and skill to construct. Chocolate Krispy Treats and Apple Crisp are not even in the same ballpark. You'll find lots of ice cream, marshmallows, whipped topping and chocolate chips here, and these definitely are both quick and easy, a fair few of them what Grandma calls "camping desserts", the kind of thing you make a couple of times a year while living in a tent for fun.

Most of the recipes seem fine, though I would caution you about the Hot Fudge Sauce recipe, which contains far too much butter - an entire cup - and far too little cocoa for a recipe that calls for 3 cups of sugar - a mere 1/3 cup. There is a well-done, interactive Table of Contents that interfaces correctly with the Kindle Menu, so Georgeann gets an extra star from Grandma for getting it right!

You might just find something interesting.

Impressive desserts - yet so simple!! This is my new favorite dessert cookbook. A great find! A nice variety of desserts - something for every occasion and to hit the spot whether it be warm or cold.

The Taste of Autumn Sundae dessert is a favorite for me and my husband. Can't wait to do the Indoor S'Mores when the kids come over. And if you are a chocolate lover and like fudge, you will love the simple, fast, and easy Fabulously Fast Fudge... it is awesome with a scoop of ice-cream on the side! :-)

These dessert recipes really are "No Fuss, No Muss" quick and easy to prepare. Clear directions and readily available ingredients make it a Five Star review for me.

Now time for some White Chocolate Brownies with macadamia nuts!

The reciepies are to die for if you like smoothies. That was all that was in this section of Decadent Desserts.They were presented in an easy to use format that made making the different drinks fun and inventive. The kids loved it and are always looking through it for something new to try and learn about different fruit.

Okay, well....I'm a BIG sucker for chocolate so this book caught my eye and made my eyes water! I always wondered how I could find a better way to make S'mores without a grill or a microwave - Mystery solved with the Indoor S'Mores recipe! And the Fabulously Fast Fudge had me thinking about Christmas and how we love to make fudge candies ...won't be long. Pick up this book..seriously! This is the BEST book on chocolate desserts that I have seen on Amazon. It is SO clear and the recipes read very easily that it makes me want to hop in the kitchen. Enjoy!
