This was a cute lil story about best friends who have known each other forever, and never realizing how deeply there true feelings were for each other. This takes us on the journey of Angel and Trey as they embark on an adventure to Vegas.

Angel is known as the Ice Princess at work, thanks to her ex boyfriend and finds herself going to Vegas for work and of all people going with her....is the ex. What Angel needs is a hot/sexy hero and she finds that in her best friend and neighbor, Trey. Angel is determined to melt her Ice Princess persona and turn into a hot, sex kitten and asks Trey to help her get her sexy on. What Trey doesn't realize is that things are about to change forever between them.

Written as a multi pov. This does have a HEA.

Nice story line, good characters, easy to visualize descriptions to details and steady dialogue.

All in all, a good read.

I liked the storyline but Angel/Angie bothered me. Guess the author couldn't decide whether to call her Angie or Angel. The gist of the story is Angie and Trey have known each other for years and Angel is best friends with Treys sister Kathy. Feeling like a loser in the dating world she enlists Trey to go to Vegas with her and teach her how to seduce a man. Add into the mix the sleazy ex-boyfriend is in Vegas too, which makes Trey very jealous. Angel and Trey end up in bed together and fall in love. But the ex won't go away and communication doesn't exist which leads Trey to take drastic measures.

Lots of SPOILERS so I suggest you pass on this one if it will bother you. The story started off cute enough. Girl thinks something is wrong with her because she doesn't want to have sex with every jerk that comes down the pike. I think she has her values mixed up but she thinks that because she can't do the deed there must be something wrong with her. No matter that she really didn't care for the guys that were trying to get her in bed. So, she is a little goofy here. She has to go to Vegas on business, she talks her best friend into going with her. He is the brother of her best friend and they have known each other for years. he is older and she did the teen crush thing, etc.

He agrees to go with her and she also gets him to agree to teach her how to seduce a man. he being the big ladies man, handsome, hunky, etc. He would be the perfect one to do it. He is attracted to her but doesn't want to act on it. However, she is doing everything she can to get him in the sack. It works. Ok so far, I didn't have a real problem with any of this. Then came the let me tie you to the bed, stark naked! He agrees. It is going well until she goes to untie his hands and the knot is too tight to get loose. She must be a total moron to tie a knot that she couldn't get undone. I was start6 to lose it here. So, she decides to get dressed, run down to the lobby and borrow a pair of scissors. He nearly panics. I could feel his anxiety here. Your worst nightmare, to be tied to a bed, naked, and no one around to get you out of it.

So she hangs a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and takes off. Well, here comes room service, totally ignores the sign and walks in! First of all in a high class hotel there is no way room service is going to just walk in with a do not disturb sign on the door. They would at least knock. Now, instead of the maid seeing his distress, she takes it personally and decides to beat him up. Good God this was just way too stupid for me!!! Why didn't they just get a razor out of their bathroom and cut the thing? I just couldn't get back into this. I quit reading. This was suppose to be funny. I didn't find the funny part. For me, it didn't work. Obviously others really enjoyed it, so read it for yourself and you decide.

Cheesy and predictable. The horizontal tango scenes sort of took over and I ended up skipping them. The author did wrap up the story pretty well. I just didn't find much depth in the characters so I guess I will call it a "light read."

This book is light hearted, funny and easy to read, it tells of a story of two best friends that are in love with each other but dont know it, but what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas.

I loved the relationship that Angie and Trey have, they are so comfortable with each other. I laughed my way through this book with the antics they get up to.

If you want a good book to read on the beach while on holiday this is that book.

I really enjoyed this book. Was it predictable? Yes but you know what? That's okay sometimes. Miscommunications between the two main characters but a happy ending. Nice light hearted read which didn't take me long to get through at all. It did finish at 85% on the kindle though which came as a bit of a surprise.
